By humidifying one side of the paper web, it effectively minimizes longitudinal ridging. Additionally, after web breaks or during startup following grade changes, it enables faster production of qualified paper. While enhancing paper quality, it simultaneously improves the winding performance of the rewinder, thereby reducing trim loss. It also allows the paper to achieve higher moisture content or faster machine speeds at the winding section (suitable for paper machines with a maximum speed of 1500 meters per minute and a maximum web width of 8.5 meters).
